About this event

Description: This class is for designed for all students ranging from beginners to advanced. This class will give you a solid foundation for sparring through useful and effective combinations. This class is an even split between partner sparring drills and padwork. Individuals will work on Muay Thai pads and in close proximity with other students in the class. Prerequisite: beginner course graduate, open to all levels Equipment needed: bag gloves, shin guards, cup, mouth guard
