Jana Walker, LSW, has created a one-of-a-kind workbook that takes you on a healing journey through the energy centers in the body called Chakras. Each chapter of this workbook builds upon the next and utilizes journaling, affirmations, short stories, art, and visualization as a part of the process. The Art of Healing Experience brings these modalities into a 2-hour practical session based on the workbook. There will be journaling, discussion, and various activities to engage the senses and connect you with your own healing journey on a deeper level.
