About this event
Class will begin in a supported, restorative shape, followed by a gentle flow where we will feel the body move with the breath. We will then transition from movement back to stillness, returning to restorative shapes and allowing the body and mind to welcome whatever arises. The class will end with a restful savasana and the option for reiki.
