Refresh and Revitalize with UZIT

About this event

Join Marcia Miller and Brenda Gertmenian for a delicious adventure in relaxation and RELIEF using all the skills from the UZIT toolbox. In this two and a half hour workshop you will get plenty of gentle movement to free your body from tension, essential oils to deepen your sensory and healing experience, renewal from comfortable restorative poses and even more relaxation and energy flow from Reiki offered throughout the afternoon. You’ll leave the session feeling deeply rested, integrated, energized and focused, glad to have taken the time. Bring a friend or two and have tea afterwards to steep in the experience.

This workshop will be offered in person as well as livestream. There will be a recording available for three months.

For an extra treat, join Brenda for her weekly UZIT class 10:00 to 11am ET Saturday morning and then build on it with Sunday afternoon. Yum
